Mustapha N. Hawiily

Mustapha N. Hawily serves as Of Counsel at our law firm, bringing years of experience in both criminal and civil litigation. Over the course of his career, Mustapha has successfully litigated more than 300 cases at the District, Circuit, and Appellate levels. His practice covers a wide range of matters, including business disputes, criminal defense, and civil litigation, making him a versatile advocate for his clients.

During law school, Mustapha gained valuable experience at the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office, where he handled a variety of criminal cases on behalf of the state. He also worked with the United Community Housing Coalition, helping underprivileged individuals retain their homes from tax foreclosure and resolving landlord-tenant disputes.

In addition to his courtroom experience, Mustapha has been active in politics at the municipal level, serving as campaign manager for several local campaigns. This background has sharpened his leadership skills and strengthened his ability to advocate vigorously for his clients.
