M. Hussein Houjaij is an associate in our law firm specializing in Business litigation and is licensed in Michigan and Illinois. Mr. Houjaij’s litigation experience comes from a wide range of exposure to different practice areas, including criminal, business, labor, personal injury, and immigration law in fast-paced law offices, law clinics, and the Wayne County prosecutor’s office. He counsels clients considering litigation related to all business matters. He also assists in legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents, ensuring corporate compliance with relevant laws, and liability mitigation.

Mr. Houjaij is also the Co-Director of the Internship & Mentorship Committee for the National Arab American Bar Association – Michigan. He remains an active community member, sitting on the City of Dearborn Heights Tax Increment Authority and the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority.
